This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled when you shop at Joy Christie.

2. Currency

All prices on our website are shown in US dollars (USD), and all orders are charged in US dollars.

3. Sales Tax

Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and is shown before you complete your order.

4. Secure Checkout

All transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections through Shopify's secure checkout. Joy Christie does not store your full card details.

5. When You Are Charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase, or a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, the amount is returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, please check your card details or try another payment method. If you are charged in error or have any questions about a payment, email us at info@joychristie.com with your order number.
