Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum purchase.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, and shipping takes 9 to 15 business days, so most orders arrive in about 12 to 20 business days. Our products are shipped by our international fulfillment partner, which is why delivery takes longer than domestic shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear. You can also visit our Track your order page.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. Once an order enters processing, it can no longer be cancelled.
I entered the wrong address. What now?
Email us as soon as possible at info@joychristie.com. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment or another solution.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged, in their original condition with all tags and packaging, and the return must be approved by our team before you send it.
How do I start a return?
Email info@joychristie.com with the items, the reason, your name and address, and your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within 12 to 24 business hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping and any customs fees are paid by the customer, and a 15% restocking fee applies. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you're exchanging it, we cover return shipping and waive the fee.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number, and we'll take care of it.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. The fastest way is to return the original item through our standard return process and place a new order for the size, colour or item you want. We cover the return shipping and waive the restocking fee for exchanges.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Sizing and products
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a "Find your size" guide with women's and men's measurements. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help you find the closest fit.
Payments and savings
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay. Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. See our Payment Policy.
How does Bundle and save work?
Buy 2 items and save 10%, buy 3 and save 15%, or buy 4 or more and save 20%. The saving is applied at checkout. If you return part of a bundle, the discount is recalculated on the items you keep.
