Shipping and returns

Delivery

Free tracked delivery on every US order, with no minimum. We process orders in 3 to 5 business days and delivery takes a further 9 to 15 business days, so around 12 to 20 business days in total. These are estimates and can occasionally vary. Tracking can take a few business days to start updating after dispatch. You can follow your parcel on our Track order page, and full detail is in our Shipping policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us at info@joychristie.com with your order number and we will send you the return address once your return is approved. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping and waive the fee. Full detail is in our Return and refund policy.

Exchanges

Return the item through our standard return process and place a new order for the size, colour or item you want.

Changing or cancelling

You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that it goes into processing and cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives.
